Hi Kailee.  Just wanted to thank you and let you know how much I and my "extended" family, have enjoyed and learned from your teaching, training and "coaching".   From 10 years old through 62 years old your teaching style is just right.  You have the necessary patience with the children and us "not-so-fit' riders but also the discipline and encouragement we all need.  It is a tough combination to get just right and you have done it.  I have particularly appreciated that you do not just tell us how or what to do as we are riding or interacting with the horses but WHY, which makes the lessons stick so much longer.  And the willingness to answer all of our questions as we learn to ride and take care of our horses.  I thank you for your willingness to start your lessons as early as 6:00 am so we can ride in the cooler part of the day during the heat of our summer.  And your flexability in adjusting your schedule to meet our needs.  THanks.

I appreciate your kindness with both your students and the horses.  And your optimism.  You have been in "our corner", so to speak. the resident expert that we all turn to from granchildren, in-laws, children, my generation to/and the equine part of the family as we learn the right way to become horsemen and horsewomen.  You are our family "horse coach".  Thanks, Victoria.

Kailee Surplus has passed my online dressage class with wonderful success. She knows the depth of character and technical to not only understand horses and how they think, but the ability to help them reach their full potential both physically and mentally. Her attention to detail, compassion, and knowledge would make her an ideal canidate for any job within the industry.               Whether showing, training, managing, riding, or organizing equine functions, I feel that she would be extremely dependable, skillful, and professional. If she lived in Kentucky(near my stable) she definitely would not be available.
