Kailee Surplus has been a self employed trainer since 2004. She has ridden her whole life and started taking Dressage and jumping lessons in her teens, since then she has developed a passion for Dressage and continues to improve her knowledge of the sport in every way she can, from working for her trainer Cyndi Jackson to riding with clinician's from out of state on a regular basis.                        Kailee has also been competing since her teens in English, Dressage, and jumping earning several high point awards along with state and regional championships. Kailee also participated in and graduated from the USDF L program

MISSION:                                                                                                            Kailee emphasizes on building a relationship with the horse, not only teaching her students correct riding but also teaching them to think about how the horse feels to be ridden.  She also applies this to the horses she trains, knowing that it is only through understanding and patience that a horse can reach it's full potential.

Kailee admits that she is still very young with much to learn but she feels confident that with her dedication and love of the sport she can not only reach her own goals but help her clients reach theirs as well.
